Call for New and Gently Used Books!
We're excited to announce the launch of our book drive! We aim to curate a collection of critical and inspirational books and magazines to share knowledge and inspire young people. Together, we'll create a space that fosters learning, creativity, and growth. Stop by 1757 N. Kimball Avenue on May 4th between 10:30am and 2:30pm to drop off your books! Please adhere to the guidelines below.
Book topics should be related to:
Art, Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Urban Planning, Engineering, Fabrication and Woodworking, Construction and Development, Community Building, Culture, Course and Continuing Education Textbooks, and by publishers like Phaidon, Taschen, Thames and Hudson, etc.
Magazines like:
Dwell, Architectural Record, Metropolis, *Wallpaper, CLOG, E-Flux, etc. We're less picky about magazines, as many will be used for collage projects.
We will only accept books and magazines that are new or gently used. We have the right to refuse anything off-topic, unclean, already received, or anything else we deem inappropriate for the library.
